I was lamenting to my new friend Yumiko that I have never had iced coffee like the delicious iced kohi I first tasted in Japan. She gave me her magical recipe that she said results in the perfect drink everytime. It sounds like a practice in mindfulness.
The season may be over, but here it is:
* water & coffee grounds (according to # of people) in a pot
* stir very slowly - 3 slow times to the right, then 3 slow times to the left
* cover with plastic wrap
* slowly and carefully, put in fridge over night
And in the morning just filter and drink!
